RIDERS WARRANTY

We recognize that accidents can happen. Crashing, dropping helmets, or even common clumsiness. With RIDERS WARRANTY, we'll authorize a replacement at no extra charge. This entitles you to replace your RIDERS in the event of accidental damage!

Simply email us at support@rorrem.com with a photo of your damaged RIDERS, and we'll send out a replacement for FREE! 

Any other incidents after the first free replacement will be subject to a service fee of $19.99. 

One purchase of RIDERS WARRANTY may not be applied to multiple units. If multiple units are purchased, each unit must have its own RIDERS WARRANTY.

RIDERS WARRANTY coverage is available for all purchases with the RIDERS. 

The RIDERS WARRANTY is non-refundable.
